• All information provided by you (including identity, contact details, and travel documents) must be true and accurate. Any misrepresentation will be solely your responsibility.
• Booking & Payments
• 50% advance payment required for booking; balance 50% on arrival.
• Advance amount may vary depending on hotel category selected.
• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, or other factors beyond our control.
• Use of Services
• Services offered are strictly for personal and lawful use.
• Unauthorized use, resale, or commercial exploitation of our services is prohibited.
• Any damage caused to property (hotels, vehicles, or other service providers) during the trip due to your negligence will be chargeable to you directly.
• Liability Disclaimer
• Global Travel Services acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines, etc.).
• We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for the policies, quality of service, or acts of third-party providers.
• Participation in adventure activities (trekking, water sports, etc.) is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
• Travel Documents & Compliance
• It is your responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, permits, etc.).
• Global Travel Services will not be liable for denial of services due to improper or incomplete documentation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 45 days prior to departure – 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 30 days prior to departure – 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 20 days prior to departure – 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 10 days or less prior to departure / No-show – 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
