Cancellation & Refund Policy

If cancellation has been done 1000/- per Paxs will be charged except for complimentary kids (below 5 Years)
Hotel cancellation depends on the cancellation policy of the hoteliers & the Houseboat owners. Transport cancellation should be done prior 15 days of arrival if cancellation done within 15 days then 20% of the transport cost will be charged.
