- Booking & Payments
- 50% advance payment required for booking; balance 50% on arrival.
- Advance amount may vary depending on hotel category selected.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, or other factors beyond our control.
- Use of Services
- Services offered are strictly for personal and lawful use.
- Unauthorized use, resale, or commercial exploitation of our services is prohibited.
- Any damage caused to property (hotels, vehicles, or other service providers) during the trip due to your negligence will be chargeable to you directly.
- Liability Disclaimer

- Travel Documents & Compliance

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 45 days prior to departure – 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 30 days prior to departure – 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 20 days prior to departure – 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 10 days or less prior to departure / No-show – 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
