- Global Travel Services (“we / us / our / GTS”) provides travel-related services including tour packages, transportation, hotel bookings, and other allied services. By booking or transacting with us, the customer (“you / your / traveller”) agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
- General Usage
- Use of our services, website, or any communication channels signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- Global Travel Services reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms without prior notice.
- All information provided by you (including identity, contact details, and travel documents) must be true and accurate. Any misrepresentation will be solely your responsibility.
- Booking & Payments
- 50% advance payment required for booking; balance 50% on arrival.
- Advance amount may vary depending on hotel category selected.
- Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in taxes, fuel surcharges, hotel rates, or other factors beyond our control.
- Use of Services
- Services offered are strictly for personal and lawful use.
- Unauthorized use, resale, or commercial exploitation of our services is prohibited.
- Any damage caused to property (hotels, vehicles, or other service providers) during the trip due to your negligence will be chargeable to you directly.
- Liability Disclaimer
- Global Travel Services acts only as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, transport operators, airlines, etc.).
- We shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or any events beyond our control.
- We are not responsible for the policies, quality of service, or acts of third-party providers.
- Participation in adventure activities (trekking, water sports, etc.) is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
- Travel Documents & Compliance
- It is your responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof, permits, etc.).
- Global Travel Services will not be liable for denial of services due to improper or incomplete documentation.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 45 days prior to departure – 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 30 days prior to departure – 40% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 20 days prior to departure – 60% of the total package cost will be deducted.
- 10 days or less prior to departure / No-show – 100% of the total package cost will be deducted.
